I will try to tell you about myself in a few lines and especially about my professional development.
I was born in Plovdiv in 1981 in the former Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of First City Hospital, currently St. Mina General Hospital for Active Treatment Ltd. I graduated from. St. Cyril and Methodius High School of Humanities with a focus in the English language. My childhood dream was to become a doctor and I was strongly influenced by my grandfather – Dr. Boris Krastev, who was the most inflectional person I have ever known.
He was a paediatric rheumatoid cardiologist and head of the Children’s Department at First City Hospital. The doctors who he worked with regarded him as incredible specialist. What made a lasting impression on me, was the amount of people that would stop him in the streets, admire him and thank him for his help. My grandfather was a very intelligent, well-mannered and erudite man, who would read several books a week, even up to the end of his life.
