Dr. Evelina Murlieva graduated from the Medical University – Plovdiv in 2019 and obtained her specialty in obstetrics and gynecology in 2023. During her studies, she showed a keen interest in fetal medicine and worked as a volunteer at the Center for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, where she began to build her professional experience.
She actively participates in scientific forums, including the “Modern School of Obstetrics and Gynecology,” where she is a co-author of a clinical case. She conducts her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment in Obstetrics and Gynecology “Selena” and UMBAL “St. George,” where, as part of the team in the department of pathological pregnancy, she encounters a variety of complications during pregnancy. This experience solidified her interest in monitoring high-risk pregnancies and contributed to her professional development.
Dr. Murlieva performs examinations and consultations, including preventive gynecological check-ups, cervical cancer screenings, diagnosis and treatment of obstetric and gynecological diseases, as well as pregnancy monitoring, including high-risk cases. She is also actively involved in conducting normal and operative deliveries.
