Neli Pavlova holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Health Psychology from London, while simultaneously completing her studies in Clinical Nutrition Therapy, based on the idea that one cannot change a person’s mental attitude without positively influencing their lifestyle. After this long-term theoretical training, she had the opportunity to intern at some of the largest hospitals in the UK—Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and Maudsley and King’s College Hospital. She is currently a lecturer in psychology at King’s College and London South Bank University.
Shortly after graduating, while working on research related to reducing depressive symptoms through nutrition and physical activity post-delivery, she herself became pregnant. Neli saw this as a wonderful opportunity to enrich her knowledge about proper nutrition during and after pregnancy, pursuing specialization at the prestigious Monash University. Consequently, nutrition during these two special periods for women became her passion and profession.
She believes that a balanced intake of the right nutrients, and the inclusion of dietary supplements when necessary, is the most suitable formula for health. Her extensive clinical experience allows her to work with conditions such as gestational diabetes, prevention of preeclampsia, and hypothyroidism.
